Visitors will be able to watch movies outdoors while enjoying food, drinks, and views of the surrounding district. Although privately operated, the cinema will become another public entertainment option near Downtown Greenville.

Trueline Greenville

Trueline Greenville is a privately developed music venue, but it will become an important public entertainment destination in the West End.

Located at 401 Rhett Street, the main two-level performance space will accommodate approximately 1,700 people. The project is led by Michael Grozier, one of the co-founders of the House of Blues.

Trueline is expected to host touring musicians, concerts, private events, and community programming. It will fill the gap between Greenville’s smaller music clubs and larger venues such as the Peace Center and Bon Secours Wellness Arena. The opening is currently expected in 2027.

What SCDOT Projects Are Currently Under Development?

Carolina Crossroads in Columbia

This multibillion-dollar project is rebuilding the busy interchange where Interstates 20, 26, and 126 meet. Improvements include wider highways, redesigned interchanges, and new bridges.
