A little bit about me...
Dan Hamilton is one of Greenville’s most trusted and top selling real estate agents. He is the founder and Team Leader of Hamilton and Co. of Keller Williams Realty, which consistently ranks as one of the top producing real estate teams in the state of South Carolina. He is also the founding partner and the Operating Principal of Keller Williams Realty Greenville-Upstate, one of the largest and most productive real estate brokerages in the Upstate.
Having grown up in Greenville, Dan is passionate about doing his part to preserve the quality of life and promote opportunities for others in his community. As a former member of the South Carolina House of Representatives, Dan was a recognized leader in efforts to provide economic opportunity and freedom for people across the state. He has also served as a Director for the Greater Greenville Association of REALTORS and the South Carolina Association of REALTORS.
Dan’s vast real estate experience includes starting and running a brokerage, land development and construction, property management and investment properties. He and his companies have sold over $1 billion in real estate sales throughout his seventeen year career.
Most importantly, Dan is a husband to Kelly, a registered nurse, and they are parents of four children. Most weekends Dan can be found on the sidelines of a soccer field either coaching or cheering for one of his kids.
