Complete this form when either a buyer or a seller goes under contract. Be sure documents are in the Docusign room. This form prompts admin to begin their work.

This form notes inspection requests by the clients and other information to help with social media, birthdays, etc.

Who Fills This Out: Buyer Clients

One per contract (can include both parties)

Fill out this form anytime you receive a referral from a client or friend. This form will prompt our admin team to send a CFA card to the referree!

Who Fills This Out: YOU - the agent

This form needs to be completed when you have a listing appointment that you may have scheduled for yourself.  It prompts Katie to create a listing packet.

Who Fills This Out: YOU - the potential listing agent

This form is for when the listing is secured and is ready for paperwork to be sent to the clients.  This prompts Stephanie to call the client and to send listing paperwork to the client, etc.

Who Fills This Out: YOU - the agent

This form is to be completed when there are any commission or admin fee adjustments being requested for a contract or buyer agreement.  For listings, this would be for anything under 3% on the list side commission and/or anything under $495 on the admin fee.  Form submission and approval needed BEFORE granting it to the clients. (Exception: buyer's agent with MLS commission <3%)

This form is to request reimbursement for a Memorable Moment for a client, referral partner, SOI, etc.  This is intended to create a memory for the person so they think of you and it shows that we will go above and beyond. 

Monthly Allocation = $30

This form is for when anyone is taking time off and will be pausing leads and/or unable to accept showing requests or new clients. Fill this out to ensure your cleints are cared for while you're away.
